Craig’s notes on 25 July meeting with state about the I-90 project

Craig Kelley’s notes on the City/State I-90 Interchange Project meeting of Tuesday, 25 July.  I apologize for any mistakes I made, of which I am sure there are some, but the general tone and content of the meeting are fairly well reflected in these notes. You can read a basic fact sheet here. This project is anticipated to start in about 3 years and last for another 3-4 years, making the current Commonwealth Ave Bridge project a very short dry run about what to possible expect for traffic patterns. A lot of the meeting had to do with the various stages of the environmental review being done for this project. You can learn more about the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) and its various parts like Draft Environmental Reports (EIR) here.
