The City of Berkeley, California has recently adopted an innovative new program to give city-backed loans to property owners who install rooftop solar-power systems; now therefore be it
ORDERED:
That the City Manager be and hereby is requested to direct the City Solicitor to prepare a home rule petition to enable the City of Cambridge to establish a similar program.
